• Toothbrush;toothpaste [unless you heck care again don't want to brush teeth]
• Suffecient $$$ [unless you don't eat or play anything lor]

*erm..this is just my list lar..you don't have to follow it one..just write for fun! haha.

*Handphones will be allowed (duh! i'm writing crap) but they must always be on and not on silent mode

*Please help ask your parents if they are willing to provide home-cooked food [eg.fried bee hoon,fried rice etc] because eating BBQ food alone will not fill your stomachs and we also have a budget.Those that are willing can contact the I/Cs[end of post] Thanks :D

*Nobody is allowed to leave the chalet after 9pm.Those not back by 9.15pm,we will inform their parents.

ok this is a very random post on.....


Baking Cream Puffs!!!!

Ingredients -
250g water
125g unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt (can use salted butter as an alternative)
125g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs


Method -

1. In a pot, cook water, butter and salt together and use a wooden spoon to stir.
2. Once the above is melted, add in flour and lower the fire and stir vigorously until the mixture does not stick to th pan
3. Remove from fire and pour into mixing bowl to cool.
4. Using the electric mixer, add a littl beaten egg at a time and beat well to mix. Continue beating in the eggs until the mixture becomes a shiny paste thick enought to hold it's own shape
5. Grease the baking tray / Line it with silicon paper.
6. While still warm, spoon the dough onto the baking tray
7. Bake at 200degrees celcius for 25-30 min
8. cool them on th cooling rack
9. cut a slit and fill with custard

ok peeps..erm ill try not to be fierce ok..

the organisers are really so pissed off by the class coz u all are not cooperating with us
i mean,hello,everyone knows that we are the smallest class in the level
we only have 31 people lor,the amount we're paying now is already VERY CHEAP la
1k has to pay $20 just for the chalet,and they are definitely bigger than us
ok then dont talk about the money thing first..about you all not cooperating.
i know you all are tired of us saying the same things over and over again.
but then,thats because you all just dont care about the people talking
you all just continue playing ur own games
i mean,im not restricting you all to play games la
but if you all could just sit down,be serious and get this over with,we dont have to nag at you all.
there are reasons why the chalet is not like 5dollars or something,thats coz we are booking a chalet that is suitable for us,not some cheap old dirty one with not much facilities
you all have to understand la
i though 1d was bonded,but we were all wrong,we aren't at all.
even so,i dun feel it.
i mean,you all have to understand that this chalet is for the class,supposedly the WHOLE class should be there la.is in,after all the people that cannot go is left with like 26 ppl?
